Janine qualified in executive coaching and mentoring in 2014 gaining a masters level certification and has accrued hundreds of coaching and mentoring hours since. She is a Professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and holds an Individual Accreditation (EIA) at Senior Practitioner status having demonstrated the professionalism, knowledge, skills and application against the demanding and rigorous industry standards.
Janine is also a qualified and accredited workplace, civil and commercial mediator with the Civil Medication Council (CMC). She has worked with various organisations in the public and private sectors to address conflict in the workplace helping individuals and teams move towards more productive working relationships, complementing her mediations with her skills as a qualified Restorative Justice Practitioner.
With almost 25 years’ experience in a range of senior management and Director positions in the public sector and now as the owner of her own successful business, Janine has both the academic knowledge and vast practical experience and application of management and leadership and all the challenges and opportunities that that can offer! Janine has worked, managed, and led in some of the most challenging environments, including Prisons, the Home Office and the NHS. Her leadership knowledge and experience is further endorsed by The Institute of Leadership (IL) (formally known as the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)), with whom she has been awarded Fellowship status and who she voluntarily mentors with, supporting other leaders in their career progression.
With a cheeky sense of humour, Janine will offer challenge, support and many opportunities for growth and learning with hopefully a little bit of fun along the way.
Lucy SolomonCoach and Facilitator
Lucy has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience over many years in the corporate and education sectors. She is qualified to teach adults and has consistently developed herself, adding Coaching, Leadership, and Management qualifications over the past decade. As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Lucy has spent many hours coaching both individuals and groups, primarily focusing on management development. Additionally, she provides coaching services to individuals seeking to increase their confidence.
With a flair for practical and interactive programme design, Lucy offers an impressive balance of support and challenge to develop both the recently promoted manager and those more established in their leadership and managerial roles.
Adopting a responsive approach to session facilitation, Lucy draws upon her natural coaching skillset to ensure all participants get focused support to be the best they can be.
Alongside her professional commitments, Lucy is an advocate for physical fitness to support mental well-being. She has developed a love of activities like Triathlons and other demanding sporting challenges, which she perceives as essential for maintaining her mental clarity and focus.
Tess Nixon-SpillerCoach and Facilitator
Tess has worked in leadership roles in the public and voluntary sector for 20 years, including leading fundraising, philanthropy and communication teams at national Charites and Universities. As well as a depth of experience in fundraising and leading teams, Tess has also has a flair and expertise in supporting organisations through culture change and enhancing overall performance. She is an experienced coach, her training was certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and regularly coaches’ leaders to enable them to be their best self.
Tess also brings diverse experience across the school, charity, and Higher Education sectors as a consultant effortlessly blending her coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting skills ensuring her practice is rooted in the reality of leading complex organisations. Tess has recently joined global firm Think Productive as a Leadership Expert bringing modern best practices, grounded in research and evidence, to the daily practice of Managers and Leaders and has facilitated and trained many diverse groups. She is a frequent speaker at national conferences and webinars.
Antonia is an experienced HR Consultant, and Accredited Mediator in Commercial, Civil, Workplace and Special Education Needs and Disability matters. Antonia’s HR background in senior roles in a number of organisations, coupled with her experience in Employee Relations, having worked with trade unions throughout her HR career, provides a substantive wealth of knowledge and experience in workplace matters throughout the employee life cycle.
Antonia’s calm and professional manner has been praised by clients. She helps find solutions which are realistic, pragmatic, and achievable, ensuring that the business objectives are meet. Antonia is passionate about making a real difference to those experiencing conflict and is a strong believer that adopting a “nip in the bud” approach is the best and most inclusive way to help support people in the workplace. She combines her knowledge and experience to facilitate conversations and empower people to find positive and sustainable outcomes, giving working relationships a chance to repair and flourish following conflict.
Antonia’s warmth and empathy helps relax clients and creates an open, safe non-judgemental environment allowing her to help clients identify and understand their needs and wants. She provides each person an opportunity to be heard as well as encouraging them to listen.
