Wellbeing and Resilience


We will look at theories behind our needs as humans and l look at the key elements to resilience and wellbeing, including lifestyle medicine. We will explore in this session how we can support ourselves as manager and leaders and be aware when we might need additional support and how, in turn we can support teams with some practical ideas to take back to the workplace.

This session includes:

• Theories underpinning human basic needs
• A particular focus on the essential part sleep plays in resilience and wellbeing
• Practical ideas to review life balance and action planning
• Practical ideas to help with worries, relaxation and improving positivity
